£300 Travel Bursary for UK Residents to attend Dolby Atmos Training

Who is eligible
Who is eligible
Students who wish to take the Pro Tools Dolby Atmos certification courses (PT 205D and PT 210D), who:
Live in England
Can travel to Brighton and attend all 5 days of the class (November 28 - December 2, 2022)
What costs are covered
What costs are covered
For students approved to enroll in the Dolby Atmos Certification training who live in the UK and wish to travel to Brighton for the 5-day workshop, a travel bursary of up to £300.00 is being made available. This bursary can be used by successful applicants towards hotel, parking, train, bus, and / or taxi.
How scholarship is awarded
How scholarship is awarded
If your application is successful, you will be reimbursed for your travel costs by the conclusion of the training week. Receipts will be politely requested as this fund is being provided by Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency. Please do apply for this fund ONLY if you intend to travel to Brighton; if you need help covering tuition, you may apply for one of our other scholarships.

Fill out the form at https://forms.gle/jb2h8zpqdRHCWJx17. You will be asked to answer the question, “Why do you want to be a certified Dolby Atmos Professional? Explain how important certification is to your career aspirations.” Answers should be less than 500 words.

The form submission deadline is 12:00 midnight LONDON TIME Sunday, November 13. The scholarships will be awarded on November 18. Award recipients will be notified by email.
SELECTION PROCESS
Scholarships will be reviewed and a panel of judges will choose outstanding applicants based on the quality of the essay. Awards will be announced on November 18.

Additional Details
The scholarship funds awarded can be used only for the purposes described: hotel, parking, train, bus, and / or taxi . Scholarships are non-renewable. The scholarship is in British Pounds Sterling and awardees are not entitled to any cash sum due to fluctuating markets, etc.
